Thee Whole experience was a very good one, the nurses were friendly and efficient, bell response is sometimes a bit slow, but the hospital was busy. nothing was ever too much trouble for the staff and you always felt a valued member of the hospital. any problems arising were dealt with quickly and efficiently.
