About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Accident and emergency

I brought my son to accident and emergency at 3am on friday 11th nov he was very poorly he suffers with anxiety and has never had to go into hospital since he was about 12yrs old he is now 23 the doctors nurses and Heath care assistants were amazing putting him at ease and making sure we were both ok they were very busy but answered all our questions we were there 14hrs but got my son better and we can't thank them enough he would like to thank them all for all there hard work and making him feel better and at ease he is now feeling lot better and luckily I could bring him home keep up the good work your all amazing in the job you do

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us, I am delighted to read that you and your son received the care and attention that you required from the staff when you had cause to visit the Emergency Department.

I have passed your comments on to the Ward Manager and Matron for the Emergency Department as well as the Operational Management team and have asked them to share your feedback with the department staff.
