"Poor services"

About: Benton House

My son was referred to service two years ago at the age of four. he is now 6 and nothing changed in his condition. his appointments were not regular this unsettled him. his worker stared session with plan on sensitive issues for him, then the plan would be changed without consultation. he would be left not given appointment for months. assessment were not completed still waiting for assessment outcome that was completed over 18 months ago. spoken to manger of services tells you one thing then the next day changes their mind. in all this services is in shocking state.

parents and carers are vulnerable when using this services and need support through very difficult time with there children. if anything I would say not using this services would be better as the stress you go through trying to get CYPS to do their job just is more hassle.
