"Over 2 hours wait for appointment"

The receptionist staff are terrible and absolutely useless, they are not welcoming at all and don't even smile to you, which is such a shame. People need to feel better- some are coming for wisdom teeth to be removed which can be such a scary experience, so to see that the receptionists look like they don't care is appalling. My appointment letter did not tell me I also had to get an X-ray which I waited 1 1 hour for before waiting another hour for my appointment which all together I was seen 2 hours before I spoke to a consultant for 5 mins. The department is a joke and is extremely unorganised. The waiting and waiting is unbelievable. They should really sort this out, as it's not fair how someone must wait 2 hours to be seen for a short consultation. Ridiculous !!
