I called in this morning as I was unwell last night and couldn't make my appointment this morning. The receptionist I spoke to was very rude, they sounded cross when I tried to guess the name of the person I was seeing, as I had lost my letter. The receptionist was very abrupt and cold., they said "You're not very well then?" In a very clipped tone, and this upset me and caused me to not be able to say what was wrong and there was a big gap while the receptionist waited for me to say what was wrong. The receptionist treated me like a naughty child playing sick, and I am upset by their rude tone and the whole call. My Uncles funeral is tomorrow and I'm feeling sick after not being able to sleep all night and very panicky and not able to go outside which you may have been have been told if you were a little more compassionate!
