"A perfect birth experience despite it not going..."

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital / Maternity care

I gave birth to my beautiful daughter at Worcester Royal last week and can't get over how amazing all of the staff were. I had meconium in my waters which meant I couldn't deliver in the birth centre as planned but the care on the labour ward from my fabulous midwife was better than I could ever have hoped for!! A truly positive experience. My daughter needed NICU care following delivery for oxygen and we spent our first night together in the TCU where again the care was out of this world! Thank you to everyone who helped!!

Fiona, thank you very much for your kind feedback which I have shared with the staff and teams concerned. We are very glad to hear that the care you and your daughter received was of the high standards we expect from our staff and hope that all is going well now that you are at home.

Best wishes
