"didnt stay"

About: West Mendip Community Hospital

i attended there today .as i have had a n infection ,i was asked to follow the nurse practitioner into a room ,when i said i have had a kidney infection ,i suffered from them before and had pain on either side of my body .where your kidneys are , they said where is the pain and i showed them, they said thats not kidneys ,in a very rude way ,well i dont know where they did their anatomy exams , what other organs do you have that are on both sides ,and are swollen and causing pain ,and a high temperature , which the nurse didnt take by the way .

They were rude and almost aggressive in their attitude ,almost saying i wasnt telling the truth , they couldnt have known this but i am hospital phobic due to unrelated issues from before i have anxiety ,and other conditions it took my family a week to persuade me to go there ,and 5 mins ,for them to make me feel so anxious when they went to get their stethoscope ,i walked out ,with any treatment ,as i coudnt face any more of their rudeness .im no at a point that i know i need antibiotics ,cant get an appointment at the doctors for 10 days ,at the earliest .and im still ill with a temperature and awful pain, and no help from anyone ,im a 64 year old pensioner ,and would never be rude to any one like they were to me ,thankyou to the nursel it took a lot of courage to go to hospital ,and i wont ever be going again .
