"Faultless!"

I can't praise the staff enough! Hard working, caring and professional, with a sense of humour too. I attended the hospital, at short notice, for a minor operation. From the moment I walked through the doors, all the staff attended to my needs and kept me well informed regarding the process. This was my first operation under general anaesthetic, so I was a little apprehensive. I had nothing to worry about. From Ward 20, through prep, surgery, post-op and finally onto Ward 14, I could not fault a thing. The only negative of the whole experience, was having to witness nurses being treated appallingly by a small minority of patients. This should never be allowed to happen! Many thanks again to all the staff who looked after me and I hope the NHS treats them well. They deserve it.
