From frank slacks family We would like to thank the nurses for all their help and assistance with the care of our dad they have been so supportive in everything we asked no matter what time it was and for the ward sister who cried along with us and the cleaner who tried so hard to feed us all bless them as we are a big family you all have our respect and gratitude xxx
