"Emergency gynae"

I have had numerous visits to the emergency gynae unit over the past few weeks and every time I have been treated with the greatest respect and my dignity maintained throughout. I had to have surgery yesterday and from the start the staff were helpful and constantly apologetic for any delays which were clearly not their fault as you could see how busy the department was and how hard they were all working. They fully explained numerous times how the emergency list works so my expectations were managed appropriately. The doctors and nurses that saw me were knowledgable and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them! In theatre all members of staff I encountered were again helpful and reassuring. Overall excellent service and fantastic staff I don't know how anyone can complain about the service they offer here!
