"HOSPITAL UNABLE TO INFORM FAMILY OF TIME OF DEATH"

About: Royal Oldham Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

After numerous unsafe practices at this hospital - my Mum died on 26th April, 2016.

The hospital were unable to provide a time of death (at some point within a 2 and a half hour window).

The hospital feel it acceptable to tell me they will let me know in January 2017 what time my mum died………..
