About: St. Margaret's Hospital / Urology

I want to say thank you to the staff in the Oak Unit who yesterday made me feel so at ease, were friendly, kind, considerate and very professional. I appreciate and admire the jobs that you do and your patience and understanding with people, and what was a scary prospect was turned into a light hearted, painless, very quick procedure, for which I am grateful. To the nurse who held my hand through the entire thing...a massive thank you.
