The nursing staff were very competent, capable, friendly and efficient from the time we arrived to the time we left. I felt confident that was in the hands of professionals. On my return visit to have dressing changed I was met with the same professional, caring efficiency albeit by two different nurses. Thank you. You have got it right - if you were a school you would be a 'beacon school'!
