"Horrifying."

2 occasions I've had to come here , both have been horrifying. The first was in April 2015: was getting stabbing pains in chest and couldn't breathe. Doctor giggled and told me that I was overreacting and should go home and chill out. I then went to a&e, they were appalled by what I was told here, and blood tests came back indicating I had a blood clot in my lung. I'm fine now thankfully, but no thanks to here. Now the second time was last week. Suffering from fibromyalgia (a chronic muscle disorder, intense pain etc, which I told them) I needed a emergancy prescription of my repeat prescription over the weekend as the doctors were closed because I had recently moved and somehow lost my meds (??). Went to reception on the verge of a panic attack happening because of the pain: told the reception the meds I needed to tie me over the weekend, they laughed and giggled and went 'pffft good luck with that' as one of the medications is a controlled drug. Ended up having a panic attack, they laughed and smirked. Witness's include my boyfriend and my mum who was on the phone. So whoever was working on the 8th October, at around half 6 in the evening, thanks for making my evening hell, as it made me have a flare up of fibro for the next week, so had to take a week of work :)

No help. went to my local pharmacy and they sorted my out, and again told me that the behaviour was horrific. I can safe to say that if i need to come here again, I will be taking further action if anything happens again :)
