"Excellent standard of care"

About: Hexham General Hospital / General medicine

(as the patient),

I attended the Day Treatment Centre at Hexham hospital under care of consultant Mr Kakwani and underwent a procedure with Practitioner Harrison. All the staff were so professional, kind and caring. I have to mention the wonderful day unit staff but in particular my theatre nurse Lee who made a painful experience more manageable with her compassion and care. You certainly all lived up to your CQC rating of outstanding. Thank you to Chris, Lee and Bethany.
