About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I took my 2 year old son into Urgent Care yesterday afternoon and everyone that was involved were amazing and really cared. Brilliant staff. Thank you so much. I just want to also give a special thanks to the receptionist at the front desk, you were very kind and could tell my little boy was quite sick and you came and checked on him. Thank you

Thank you for your feedback about our staff at the Urgent Care Centre. The Urgent Care Centre (UCC) is on the West Middlesex Hospital site but separate from their A&E department and run by Hounslow and Richmond Community Health Care NHS Trust. Your views are important to us, and we are especially pleased when the feedback is positive. I will share your feedback with staff at the Urgent Care Centre as I am sure they will be happy to hear that you appreciate their hard work.
