"Gastroscopy Appointment at BRI (2nd Floor)"

I had an gastroscopy on 18.10.16 in the evening and the staff nurses were brilliant. The test itself can be really unpleasant since a camera is inserted through the mouth. However, the level of care i received was 10/10. If I get a chance, I will go back and thank them all. I appreciate their privacy which is why I am not going to mention their names. But I would give full marks to the whole team and I hope all the patients receive the same level of care. Usually people only leave feedback when they have bad experiences. However, people who work hard deserve recognition and postives should always be shared as well. Well done
