"Member of Reception Staff / Appointment Booking..."

I had a particularly difficult call with one of the staff regarding changing an appointment to a different clinic. I was told that the location of the dermatology is decided by them by post code. I did say that that wouldn't always be convenient if someone works. I asked to change to the Parsons Green as I have been using this clinic for the last 15 years.

It was like pulling teeth, one by one. They obviously didn't want me to change the appointment as the woman said it would be the end of march, I asked what date, she told me. I asked what day that was, she told me, I asked her what times would be available. By this time I'd had enough as her attitude was so unhelpful and disengaged, I decided to keep away from that clinic.
