"All the staff deserve recognition"

I was recently admitted to Ward 12 for an operation, under the care of Dr. Hanna and his staff.

Pre-op care and appointments over the last 5mths have been good.

All the staff on Ward 12 deserve recognition. It's the 2nd time in 14mths that I have been on that ward for 2 major operations and each time I have been looked after so well. I am very grateful. They can't do enough for you and take into consideration the patients emotional state of mind as well. It's a daunting thing to go into hospital.

Dr. Hanna is a wonderful doctor. He is there at all hours and telephones to check on his "Ladies" to make sure all are doing ok. Do not let him retire, ever!!!!
