"My disabled sons treatment for dental work needed."

About: Croydon University Hospital / Maxillo-Facial surgery

(as a carer),

He's been waiting a yr for 6 teeth to be extracted, he missed the first pre op, as he fell in the bath and had severe back pains, so his dentist referred him again, he attended the pre op in august and in September I phoned up to find out how much longer it's going to be, (10 months nearly 11 since dentist referred him. ) to be told he has to have another pre op, as he won't get seen before december, as the pre op only holds for 3months, he's in agony with the effects has been since Christmas last yr, they gone bad due to medication he's on, through not fault of his own, then he phoned them to be told they have cancelled his treatment and the dentist has to refer him again, I think it's a disgrace he's left in such pain, (on top of the pain his dealing with through his disability). I am so unhappy with mayday hospital Croydon university hospital. I have heard bad things about it and this is confirming my fears. I think it's a disgrace to treat people like this.
