"Excellent A&E kids/ extremaly rude receptionist"

About: King George Hospital / Accident and emergency

I arrived in A&E with my little boy, he had very high temperature and obviously as a parent I was very worried. The person in a reception behaviour was so shocking. The person was so rude, disrespectful and they started to shouting at me because I looked stressed and worried about my boy. To be honest this person shouldn't work in public place, and definitely not in NHS when you are there to help and support. Absolutely disgusting attitude, very big disappointment.

The service we received in a kids department was outstanding, helpfull, carrying and they really went extra mile for my family. Big Thank you for all Staff.

I give 5 stars for A&E kids department, 0 stars for rude receptionist. Shame on you.
