One week from admission to appointment for surgery at regional specialist unit. Hospital knew what needed, explained it all very well, knew what X-rays and scans were needed, when MDT was to take place checkedI was discussed and all info had got through. All staff friendly informative, porters, clerical cleaners, nurses, students. Treated with respect at all times. Food and drink good, everywhere clean.
only observation AWP mental health services clearly not responding well enough to urgent care and admissions, this has been going on for years now and despite recent critical CQC report have still not improved or tried to improve
