"Waiting time is crazy for a child!"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Accident and emergency

I came in with my 5 year old child and waited 4 hours to be seen. once seen the appointment took the whole of 5 minutes. i was told by the nurses in the childrens ward that the dr would be prescribing more antihistimines which were stronger than Piriton so to wait, i kept asking how much longer and they just kept saying her position in the que. 4 hours later seen by a dr was given no medicine and no further forward. In the future i will not be using this hospital as i would hate to think i had an emergency.
