We spent more than three hours in A&E (Urgent Care) from 1-4:30am to get my partner's swollen and very painful ankle X-rayed, diagnosed (it was between a sprain and a fracture, and it turned out to be both) and put into a cast. We waited more than 2 hours to see a doctor (when we had been told we would be called soon after I was wheeled into the waiting room), and other patients were coming and going. In addition, Reception staff was incredibly rude and had an attitude - they were not empathetic at all and obviously hadn't received any interpersonal skills training - other staff (ie doctors and nurses) were very kind and caring but did not give us a lot of information.
"A&E (Urgent care centre) bad experience"
