"Appointment system"

Trying to arrange an appointment for my son.

The first letter was lost in the post, then received another letter with an appointment that has since been changed for no apparent reason.

Tried to call the appointment line and it is constantly closed for training.

Extremely unhappy at the moment and I haven't even visited the hospital.

I am so sorry you have not been speak to anyone about your son's appointment at Birmingham Dental Hospital, and would ask you contact me on 0121 466 7128 or email alison.last@bhamcommunity.nhs.uk with your son's details so that I can make the necessary arrangements.
