"2hr wait for blood test, dirty toilets, etc"

The hospital is overcrowded. I waited 2hrs for a blood test, despite 8 phleb in operation. Extremely slow service. Went to use disabled toilet. People were queue jumping. Able bodied were also using disabled toilet. Why is the disabled toilet doubling up as a baby changing room? Went away, came back to use toilet, room was wet with used or wet tissues / wipes and stained toilet. No one monitoring the queues, or cleaning the toilets regularly.
