"Staff went over and above to help!"

We recently moved and registered with this surgery.

My daughter has a life threatening nut allergy that requires a jext pen.

The pen had expired so I contacted the surgery to see what I needed to do as my prescription had also expired.

Long story short, my old surgery didn't pass any medical information over to our new surgery and threw every obstacle in the way.

The reception team at Sandhurst Surgery jumped over every hurdle they threw!

I had a new jext pen for my daughter within half a day!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, so much so, that my daughter insisted on bringing them some chocolate for all the trouble the went through to help her!
