I accompanied my elderly mother to a pacemaker appointment on 13 September following a GP referral as my mother was feeling unwell. The staff were very helpful and listened to our concerns. They treated my mother with care and respect and kept us informed of the tests they were carrying out. They also discussed possible options and liaised with other departments.
I really felt that the attention she received was second to none and that we were in very capable hands. So a big thank you to the pacemaker staff I really appreciated all that you did. This is the NHS at its very best.
"Excellant care from pacemaker staff"
