"Truly professional"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital (Paisley)

(as the patient),

I attended the RAH Out Of Hours surgery recently with my 6 year old son who had developed an infection in his finger from being crushed in a door.

The doctor on call in the hospital was a Dr A McCulloch who was absolutely fantastic and put my son and myself at ease very quickly. He managed to get as much information from my son as he needed, (Which is very difficult if you are a stranger) and treated him with anti biotics which are proving to be very successful. We were left with confidence.

I can't thank him enough. Truly professional and I only wish he was my GP.

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive comments on the RAH OOHs service and the care provided by the medical team.

I am delighted that with treatment, that your son is improving.

I will ensure your comments are passed to Dr McCulloch.
