I recently had to be admitted to LRI and found that all the services I had to use were excellent. Firstly the ambulance and paramedics, then A and E, then Wards 36 and 35. Whilst on the wards after my op, the phlebotomists, and OT staff were very caring too. On discharge
I was amazed at the help which was given to me. Well done to the hospital chef and the team for providing good wholesome and varied food on their menu, We hear via the media bad reports about
NHS but this is not the case with LRI. If more people were to praise the excellent service it will boost the staffs' moral and let them know they are greatly appreciated. Keep up the good work.
