For many weeks now I've been jumping through NHS and other bureaucratic hoops. So it's been quite amazing to deal with someone over the phone who was able to patiently listen and proactively engage. I haven't come across this level of active support before. I can't imagine a similar interaction that has left me feeling so completely satisfied with the help I have received. I have spoken with the Practice Manager, highly commending this member of

Northgate Surgery staff. I can only hope that they are fortunate enough to have other members of staff equally able and capable; ready, willing, and able, to empathise and get involved, and proactively help. Peter Cooper
