"Excellent once you get there; hard to make..."

I've had great treatment from community neuro-physios and podiatrists at St John's. My only quibble is that I can't manage to make a podiatry appointment (permanent answerphone and they don't ring you back). Up to about six months ago there wasn't a problem - it was often an answerphone, but they did ring back. Have you had staff cuts? That's what it feels like! But again, the treatment I've had has been excellent. St John's has also given free meeting space to NHS-related community-staff consultation and planning groups - good use of space, thank you.
