"3 year old in A&E"

We want to express our thanks and appreciation to everyone involved in the treatment of our 3 year old son last Thursday. He had a horrible and scary fall down the stairs but everyone involved from that point on was brilliant, from the person at the emergency services call centre to the lovely person who arrived in their rapid response vehicle and took us to hospital. We were seen quickly and shown real care by the doctor from the facial injuries team who really made such a difference with their calming manner and sensitive treatment. In a very difficult situation we are so thankful for everyone's hard work and concern. Catherine & Tim
