"the staff in the surgical assessment ..."

About: Stafford Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

the staff in the surgical assessment unit were very nice

What could be improved

that the surgeon that did my and my sisters operations did the job the first time, my sisters had it 4 times now locally and generally, locally due to her pregnancy and she still has it, whereas i hav had it once, he had a very simple task to do and ive been advised by district nurses to have it looked at by a gp because there nt happy with the standard its in after the job on it, i am not pleased that a may need another but will not be coming stafford to hav it done it future if i hav a choice in the matter.

Anything else?

also i wasnt gave a towell when asked to shower and was not gave a fresh gown after my operation which was covered in blood, i wasnt helped off my bed to go to the loo when they seen i was in pain also had to keep askin for pain relief, had no sleep either due to the lights being full blast and them talking constantly and when i finally got to go home it took them 2 hours to give me my paracetamol which i still never got.
