"Poor attitude"

My husband and I visited the out patient department at Oban, Lorn and the Isles hospital. When we entered, we were treated dismissively by staff who did not make any eye contact. We were similarly treated following our consultation with the specialist doctor. I assumed that they were having an 'off day' - but was pleasant and cheerful to their nursing colleagues when they passed by.

The urology consultant was very polite and efficient. He made eye contact and listened to the information that we both provided.
