"Changes at Surgery"

I have been attending this surgery for over 20 years.

I think the new changeover of Drs and running of the surgery is good news as it was well overdue.

The new Dr seems very understanding.

Although I have only been to see the Dr once and I was impressed. The only negative thing I have to say at the moment is the appointment system - having booked my appt for 4.50 I actually got in to see the Dr about 5.30 - and then in with Dr for only ten minutes - there is also a sign on the wall stating if you are ten minutes late for your appt you will have make another one.

This I find quite frustrating as I book appt at stated times for a reason - by the time I came out of the chemist next door I had wasted an hour of my life!!
