"My visit to urgent care"

About: Trafford General Hospital

Amazing service this morning (20/9/16) from urgent care centre. I was aware I needed to be seen but after a brief conversation with my GP they advised me to attend rather than going to see them. I did feel at the time that I did not need to attend and a GP appointment would have been enough. From reception to the nurses I had excellent but brief care. As it turned out to be nothing. But they all made me feel at ease and said my GP did the right thing sending me in. I work for the trust and am extremely proud to be part of such an amazing team. Thank you
