I have a CPAP equipment from the hospital. The velcro on my harness has become worn, so much so that I'm not able to use the mask properly. I've tried to contact the sleep clinic on three occasions to request a replacement. The first time I phoned the voicemail box was full. The second time, I left a message and the last time I was cut off. The initial treatment was excellent.
