I have a CPAP equipment from the hospital. The velcro on my harness has become worn, so much so that I'm not able to use the mask properly. I've tried to contact the sleep clinic on three occasions to request a replacement. The first time I phoned the voicemail box was full. The second time, I left a message and the last time I was cut off. The initial treatment was excellent.

We are please you had excellent treatment initially, however we are sorry to hear you have experienced difficulties since in contacting the Lung Function Department at Freeman Hospital. If you would like to contact Mr Peter Close, Head of Lung Function Department on 0191 2448201 he will be able to discuss your experience with you and resolve the issues you are currently experiencing with your CPAP equipment.
