About: Victoria Hospital / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I had chest pains, so called GP, got an appointment within an hour.

GP arranged a subsequent appointment at Victoria Hospital Ward 41 for later in the morning.

Received numerous tests from the professional, courteous team with clear explanations.

Nothing short of superb from the whole NHS experience.

Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience, it must have been a worrying time for you. It was good to hear of the prompt service you received from the GP Practice and the hospital and for the way you were treated by staff. If you let me know what GP Practice you were seen in, I will gladly forward your comments on. In the meantime I will forward your post to the team here in Cardiology. This will re enforce the good work they do every day.
