"Nicest staff I have ever experienced at hospital"

I felt the need to write this review after visiting on several occasions over the last few years for Colposcopy and having treatment on Thursday. Every time I have visited I have saw the same nurse who ever time has been so lovely and made me feel at ease during this distressing time. On Thursday I was referred to a specialist consultant and again, they were so informative and down to earth, I was made to feel relaxed and even though the procedure was painful, the nurse and doctor again made me feel at ease. Since then I have just called to check my symptoms are normal after the op and the person on the phone was lovely. I had to wait a little while on Thursday but the staff at the Gynaecology unit are so friendly I know they are doing the best for every patient, I didn't even feel at all frustrated. I want to thank everyone there for their kindness and wish every unit in the hospital was as lovely as the unit at gynaecology.
