"Bolton wheelchair service"

About: Bolton PCT Royal Bolton Hospital

(as a relative),

I took mum ,who is 90, for wheelchair assessment to Lever Chambers, Bolton this morning. How I wish that ALL national Health Services were as pleasant. We were met with a smile , never patronised - mum wasn`t called by her christian name ( It which annoys us intensely when stranges call us by our given names!) The two ladies who dealt with us were efficient ,practical and very knowledgeable. They treated us with kindness and respect and I cannot speak too highly of them. Just wish that this was the norm in tha N.H.S!
