"Doctor's are very good but let down by nursing..."

I have three issues with my care at this hospital. 1) An appointment was cancelled less than an hour before it was due to take place. This was because a report had not been presented to the doctor in time. This is despite the test being carried out one week prior. There was sufficient time for the report to have been prepared properly. 2) On the day of my operation faulty equipment was used for a test which resulted in an inconclusive result. The faulty equipment had produced a number of inconclusive results for other people for a few weeks prior but the hospital continued to use them. This alone would be acceptable as equipment does fail and it's possible it wasn't picked up immediately. However, after a negative result was obtained the nursing staff carried out a further test which was inconclusive. This final test caused my operation to be aborted at the last minute. I was subjected to a great deal of stress on the day and it all amounted to nothing due to the staff failings. 3) The reception staff are extremely unfriendly. They appear annoyed to have to deal with people. This is not all of the reception staff but a good percentage of them.
