Full waiting room so understood delay at being seen.

Treatment given in understanding and efficient manner, told to return if any further problems.

On my return seen promptly problem discussed throughly and refferred to District Nurse. who would contact me , this happened and appointment made for following day and i was then in the system.

Point to remember the three TTT's.

Things, Take, Time.

Well Done Everybody.
