What I liked
I thought the professionalism of the pharmacy staff was very promising however this level of care can not be found in every department
What could be improved
The personal skills of reception staff taking patients phone calls is very poor
Anything else?
I am extremly unsatisfied with the level of care provided to me by the gynaecology deparment
