"Prompt efficient service"

I was treated as a temporary resident on Bank Holiday Saturday, having previously received excellent prearranged attention from nurses at Swanage Medical Practice. Although I expected a long wait, the whole process only took 15minutes.

I was very impressed by the efficient young nurse who booked me in and completed the procedure of changing a dressing without any fuss.

The Minor Injuries Unit had a very welcoming informal atmosphere, almost a pleasure to be there! Afterwards we were able to start our journey home to Derbyshire.
