"More NHS than NHS hosptials!"

I have always used this hospital, not because of its service but because of its close proximity to my house.But every time i use it, i feel that the staff are rude, even the consultants seem more stand-offish and with less bedside manners than you expect from a private healthcare service or other private hospitals. My records are never correct, no matter how often i update them, and you always have to wait to be seen by everyone - reception, radiographer, consultant etc. It's exhausting!
