I went to Royal Bolton for a gall bladder removal, staying on E3, E4 and HDU. I received excellent care from all staff in each ward. I can only say I feel total satisfaction, with no adverse comments.
Both from my own experiences and my relatives, we could not have been given better attention. Sincere thanks to everyone. Particularly, Mr. Ferguson and all the staff on HDU.
