"Fast and friendly"

I visited the centre at around 9am on a Sunday, concerned I may have injured my neck in the gym. There were just a couple of others in the waiting area and after giving my details I was first seen to by a nurse within 15 minutes. After another short wait (perhaps 20minutes) I was called in to see the doctor who was very friendly and understanding of my concerns. I was in and out in less than an hour.
