"Complete shambles"

Darlington hospital does not get any better? If you don't have high blood pressure when you arrive you will have it when you leave! Parking is a complete disgrace! I arrived early for my appointment (eye clinic) severe delays! I was told they were running behind. Yes I understand you get hold ups! But come on its every time I come for an appointment. The toilets in the main entrance were very dirty so I went to the canteen downstairs their toilets were better... We decided to get a sandwich I have to say they looked very nice and reasonably priced however we were put off to find a bluebottle crawling all over them.. Opted for a kitkat instead.. Safer option
