"Bit sad"

My nurse practitioner is extremely patronising and in fact wanted to increase my meds having got the wrong patient over the phone and without seeing me! I was not impressed.... Unfortunately this has lost any respect I had for them which is a shame as I am still in pain but have lost all faith
